The article covering the right wing cybercriminal who toasted my Facebook account was in the print edition of the newspaper a couple days ago. I'm posting it here, because the online article is behind paywall, and I want my friends to be able to read the article.

Sooo… on the 7th my Facebook account mysteriously became deactivated. Turns out it's organized crime. I found out it was a larger pattern than just my account because a friend saw that my account had evaporated, and texted me asking questions because he had another friend who was a victim of the same criminal. The criminal who has figured out how to zap Facebook accounts is Kelly Walker, the same guy who is now charged with criminal trespassing for causing a scene at an elementary school earlier this week: an elementary school his kids don't even attend! He's just a troublemaker..

Those of us who have had our accounts taken down by him don't actually think he's intelligent enough to do so without help. We know of at least one guy who is helping him with the account deletions. They have bragged about deleting "libs" Facebook accounts in online forums.

We know there are many others out there who have had their profiles deleted but there's not a way to reach them.

I filed FBI report earlier this week, others are going to as well.
